Memorandum of understanding signed between The Minister of Healthcare and Andaman Sea Earth
The Government of the Republic of the Congo and Andaman Sea Earth have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the program quality medicine for all, ( Médecine de Qualité pour Tous, PMQT).
In substance, this ambitious partnership is focused on the modernization of the healthcare infrastructures of the country.
This emerging medical network will allow the Republic of the Congo
to house the most modern healthcare system, this program is also to embrace an industrial branch with the manufacturing locally of the most common medicine used in the healthcare program.
The construction of the housing for the related staff for the Ministry of Healthcare reflecting the rank and increase the prestige of the healthcare system in the country.
This Public - Private - Partnership will elaborate a modern systems of financing and exploitation for the infrastructures to be put in place.
The Government of the Republic of the Congo want to win the battle of social development and is taking strong action to succeed.
Over the next five years the Government of the Republic of the Congo together with Andaman Sea Earth want to invest in excess of 2 billion USD in the healthcare system of the country.
The MC - 21 - 310 first flight with the new Russian engines PD-14
On the 15th of December 2020 the MС-21-310 aircraft equipped with the new Russian PD-14 engines made its maiden flight from the airfield of Irkutsk Aviation Plant.
The aircraft was operated by the crew of test pilots Vasily Sevastyanov and Andrey Voropaev and test engineer Alexander Solovyev.
The flight task included checks of power plant operation modes, aircraft stability and controllability, as well as the operation of its systems.
The flight time was 1 hour and 25 minutes, altitude up to 3500 m and speed up to 450 km/hour.
The pilot Vasily Sevastyanov said after landing: "The flight task was fully completed. The new engines worked steadily in all modes".

MINISTERIAL VISIT TO BAAN JAI SAI
THE ONCOLOGY CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IN PHUKET
Baan Jai Sai Oncology and Cardiology center of excellence was honored to receive a ministerial visit during the cabinet meeting from the Thai government to Phuket to assess the support the government could extend to the economically battered province due to Covid-19 Pandemic aftermath.
The government stressed and will give priority to create from Phuket an international medical hub, this to strengthen the economic growth in the region.

Andaman Sea Earth with his MRO partner in Thailand is the representative of Ural Works who is the manufacturer of the L410, an ideal plane for the multifunction missions by the Ministry.

Today a letter of Interest was signed by Khakimov the President of Irkut Corporation and President of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Manufacturing and Thai Airways international.
The ceremony took place at Thai Airways International on the 4th of November during the Asean Summit 2019 presided by Thailand.
The ceremony was honored to have the presence of a delegation of the Ministry of Transportation of Thailand.

SUKHOI - KOM AIRLINES PURCHASE 6 SSJ100

On 28 February Kom Airlines signed a purchase agreement for 6 aircraft from Sukhoi manufacturer.
the delivery will start in September and be spread over 2019 and 2020.
The book value of the order is estimated around 300 million USD.
Andaman brokered the deal between the parties.
Kom Airlines is a new start up airline originating from a group of investors in Khon Kaen Region in order to promote the development of the city of Khon Kaen.
Kom Airline will connect the city with direct links to China and spoke to regional cities in Thailand.
The SSJ 100 is the dedicated aircraft for the development of their routes.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL MEETING RUSSIA - THAILAND

During the intergovernmental meeting between The Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Thailand that was honored by the presence of the Minister of Industries and Trade of the Russian Federation Mr. Manturov.
Kom Airlines and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Corporation (SCAC) signed the agreement to deliver 6 SSJ100 aircrafts to Thailand in 2020.
