Memorandum of understanding signed between The Minister of Healthcare and Andaman Sea Earth
The Government of the Republic of the Congo and Andaman Sea Earth have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the program quality medicine for all, ( Médecine de Qualité pour Tous, PMQT).
In substance, this ambitious partnership is focused on the modernization of the healthcare infrastructures of the country.
This emerging medical network will allow the Republic of the Congo
to house the most modern healthcare system, this program is also embrace an industrial branch with the manufacturing locally of the most common medicine used in the healthcare program.

EMERGENCY HOSPITAL
ANDAMAN SEA EARTH is working on a PPP collaboration for an emergency hospital in collaboration with the city of Dakar.
Design phase has been completed and is ready to be submitted for approval.
200 Beds capacity with:
- 21 Beds in emergency service
- 16 Beds for ICU department
- 4 Operating theaters multi purpose
- 2 Operating theaters for the maternity
- 3 Dental practice rooms
- Lineac

BAAN JAI SAI - PHUKET - CENTER OF EXCELLENCE FOR ONCOLOGY AND CARDIOLOGY
BAAN JAI SAI is an oncology center project in Phuket.
The project is under construction and will be operational by 2021.
The center will offer the latest technologies in matter of cancer treatment.
Proton therapy

Chemo therapy

This center has the vocation of being the center of reference on cancer treatment in SE ASIA - PACIFIC region.
PNG HEALTH CARE SOLUTION
PAPUA NEW GUINEA has one of the worst track records on the matter of access to medical care.
A team of Andaman Sea Earth put a proposal and funding package together with logistic support and medical facilities that will give access to the population in less then 2 hrs.
at a cost of 2$/person/Year.
This proposal will be offered to the new government after the elections in 2017
The implementation will be in a record time of 24 months.
Construction of 2 mayor hospitals and 10 referral dispensaries.
A medevac structure relaying on helicopters and planes will assure the logistics.
MALARIA RESISTANCE RESEARCH PROGRAM
Andaman Sea Earth collaborated by assisting and supporting teams in Asia and Africa conducting research on the resistance of malaria to the medication used today.

MALARIA ERADICATION PROGRAM
Andaman Sea Earth put together a program to eradicate the proliferation of mosquitoes.
The program is based on spraying with helicopters water sufaces drowning the larva before they become mosquitoes.
